Additional services offered for purchase with your Colocation package are as follows:
• OS Reinstall by Civilized Staff: $30/each (Install at initial racking is free)
• Remote Hands Emergency (Outside of office hours and weekends): $250/hour
• Remote Hands Emergency (Within Business Hours): $185/hour
• Remote Hands Non-Emergency (Handled in a process queue): $150/hour
• Emergency Remote System Administration: $125/hour
• Standard Remote System Administration: $60/hour
• Deracking: $150/server (You must provide your own label or purchase one with us. If purchasing your own, we will provide dimensions, weight, and from address so you can make the label. The label must be sent in a ticket in a .pdf format.)
• Expedited Racking (Within 24 Hours of Arrival): $150 if available. Please contact us.
Some information to define the pricing above:
• Emergency is classified as the most urgent time frame. Emergency work is handled within 24 hours of the request being sent in, usually sooner.
• Non-Emergency/Standard is classified as the "regular" time frame. These requests are handled within 1-5 business days.
• Deracking is processed in a queue. Expedited deracking may be possible. Open a ticket to request.
